Automatic Colour Coded Reversing Sensors from £99 Fitted

How do they work?
Simply put your car in reverse and the system will beep once to let you know it is activated.  As you slowly approach an object, you will hear a series of beeps behind you; the closer you are to an object, the faster the beeps. When the object is within 1 foot or 30 centimeters, you will hear one long continuous beep and you should stop reversing. When you first visited this page you would have heard an example of a car with sensors slowly approaching an object.

What do they look like?
Outside, you will have 4 reversing sensors mounted within your rear bumper.  Each of these sensors are less than 22mm (smaller than a pound coin) and are colour coded to be as discreet as possible.  Inside, the beeper will be concealed towards the rear of the vehicle. How do I get them?
Just call Chamois Shine on freephone 0800 567 7594 and ask for a free no obligation quote. For most cars this will typically be £99 and the installation should take less than 2 hours at your home or workplace.

Why should I get them?
Reversing sensors are now being fitted as standard to most high specification cars or as an expensive optional extra. With most car insurance excesses starting at £100, they pay for themselves the first time they save you from a bump or scrape.

Are they Guaranteed?
The reversing sensors and installation carry a 2 year parts and labour warranty. If within this period you are experiencing problems with your reversing system, just give Chamois Shine a call and we will fix the problem - for free

Do they require any maintenance or servicing?
Just clean them as you would the rest of the body work of the car. An excess of dirt, mud, snow or rain can reduce the effectiveness of the sensors.
